Put your stone on any junction of the board to start the game. Switch turns with your opponent, placing one stone per turn. Enclose your opponent's stones completely to capture them from the board. Command more territory than your opponent by the end of the game to win. Use strategy to hinder your opponent's moves while increasing your own territory. Keep in mind that stones are immovable once placed, unless captured. The game ends when both players pass their turns consecutively, indicating no more actions can benefit either side.
